Emergency Couple

Oh Jin-hee has worked her way through medical school and is ready to be taken seriously as a doctor. Her hospital internship comes with one problem the entrance exam did not cover: Oh Chang-min, the man she divorced six years ago, is in the same intake. Neither considers the reunion an improvement. Assigned to the emergency room, they have patients to treat, senior doctors to answer to, and a shared history they would prefer to keep off the staff noticeboard. Jin-hee is determined to prove she belongs there, while Chang-min finds that working beside his former wife leaves very little room to avoid her. Their supervising physician, Gook Cheon-soo, gives Jin-hee another reason to look forward to coming to work. Between demanding shifts and familiar arguments, the two former spouses have to learn how to trust each other with a patient before they can make sense of anything more personal.
